Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 5 years' recruiting experience in a high-volume recruiting department
  • Experience with an ATS system (such as Taleo)

Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR 
  • 3 years' experience working in a law firm 
  • 1 year experience recruiting IT, Finance & Accounting
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using social media and open web searches
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment

What will your day look like?
This position involves a dynamic partnership with hiring managers to design and implement an overall recruiting strategy. Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, being active on social media forums, engaging databases, and making cold calls as well as utilizing innovative methods and strategies to source active and passive candidates in order to identify qualified talent. You will create job advertisements for postings, screen resumes, review video interviews, administer appropriate assessments, assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude, which will all culminate into recommendations for hire. You can expect constant communication with candidates and hiring managers regarding feedback on the recruiting process. It is essential to develop and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a successful hiring process.

Following the recruiting process, your role includes communicating employment information during delivery of employment offers (compensation, benefits, etc.) and managing candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). You will communicate with HR regularly to coordinate new hires and other recruiting activities as needed. You are also expected to monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
